the outcome of the games wasn't something you could alter

Thanks again for the opportunity to witness this 'made in Saskatchewan' production. We truly enjoyed it and the pace kept it moving so the length wasn't a huge factor. The fact that the outcome of the games wasn't something you could alter for the sake of the story was an added plus to the storyline. Curtis remembered the Stubble games in Osler as he participated one year with Daryl and another of the Mohawks - he remembers it as being pretty brutal!

At any rate, from the numbers of people who came out and the ovations you received, I think you guys can give yourselves a pat on the back for a job well done.

Congrats!

thank you for the privilege of sharing your dream with us

Tom & Chris:

We attended the premiere last night and all I can say is WOW! It was great. We have been involved with the Hague Panthers from the first day the program started with our oldest son to last year with it being Jeff's final year of high school football. We have three sons that were under Clay Kirby's training and it has been a very rewarding experience. The discipline and training brings together a group of boys that may not have gotten to know each other if there had not been football. The older boys that have completed their high school still come back to the community when they can to show support to the young players still in school. The team players show a respect and understanding of each other and support each other on and off the field. I believe you have captured the heart of this in your documentary. That win or lose they have put their heart into what they are doing and have done the best they can.

Jeff was looking forward to watching the CD again with friends when he gets back home. He is working out of town building a house at Elkridge so I am sure this Friday it will be a season of dreams at our house with his brothers and friends. Again thank you for the privilege of sharing your dream with us.

what football means to the people of our province

Good morning Tom,

Wow, what a great evening !!!!! How could you walk away after seeing that movie and not be inspired by what football means to the people of our province. Tom, you and Chris did a wonderful job of telling the story of how a sport can make the lives of the individuals who play them and support them not only for one season, but each and every season so much richer.

Congratulations!
